Standard Billing Rates

Effective May 1, 2018

Phone / Remote Support - $ 150.00 / hour

Tickets opened via email or phone that are resolved remotely.
15 minute minimum / 15 minute increments

Regular Service - $ 150.00 / hour

On-Site service for non-critical issues that can be resolved within a few days. Regular Service calls are scheduled calls Monday through Friday 7:00AM – 7:00PM. Additional travel / trip charges apply.

1 hour minimum – plus travel time / 15 minute increments

After-hours Service - $ 225.00 / hour

After-hours Service has the same definition as Regular Service except that the customer has requested that the work, or majority thereof, be completed outside of Regular Service hours. Additional travel / trip charges apply.

1 hour minimum – plus travel time / 15 minute increments

Emergency Service - $300.00 / hour

Emergency service is a critical request. It supersedes all other requests pending and provides response within 2 hours during Regular Service hours and within 4 hours at all other times. Additional travel / trip charges apply.

2 hour minimum – plus travel time / 30 minute increments
